Inventory of homes for sale down 36.2%
Months supply of inventory is 2.7 months

Lapeer County:

New listings down 44.3%
Closed sales up 14.1%
Days on market until sold is 40 days
Average sale price is $174,000 up 21.6%
Inventory of homes for sale down 42.7%
Months supply of inventory is 3.9 months
